PAYMENT TERMS

Standard terms of payment are Net 30 days. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

PRIVACY POLICY

In the process of conducting business with customers, Cartridge Works may collect information, such as but not limited to, customer's name, company name, title, phone number, e-mail address, site name, URL and address.

Cartridge Works will use collected information to fulfill orders, information requests, and to improve our products and services. At no time will Cartridge Works sell customer information to third parties.

RETURN POLICY

Cartridge Works will work with a location on a return. The return policy is thirty (30) days unconditional; after that, six (6) months exchange for either upgraded equipment (i.e., no longer using the same printers), or defective product.
